What does a Marathon include?
Each Marathon has:
Duration
Goal — what you’ll achieve
Daily task
How does progress work?
Complete the daily task to mark a checkpoint.
Each completed day counts toward finishing the Marathon.
Are there rewards?
Completing the full Marathon gives a final reward and lets you share your results
Can I miss a day?
Yes. Missing a day doesn’t reset your progress — you can continue anytime.
Is it optional?
Yes. Marathons are optional and designed to add extra motivation and value.
