What are Workbooks?
Workbooks are guided journals designed to help you explore self-care topics, complete exercises, and track your progress. Each workbook includes practical guides, worksheets, and prompts to support your mental well-being.
How do I access the Workbooks section?
Tap on the second tab in the bottom panel of the app. Scroll to the end of the page to find the Workbooks section.
What workbooks are available?
Currently, there are three workbooks:
Matrix of Control: A Practical Guide to Focusing on What Matters
Happiness Workbook: Developing Positive Emotions
Stress Management Workbook 1: How to Reduce Stress in Everyday Life
Can I get a physical copy of a workbook?
Yes. Each workbook can be purchased as a printed copy. Tapping a workbook will offer a link to buy it on Amazon.
Can I use workbooks digitally?
Yes. You can purchase workbooks directly in the app and read them on your device.
Are there any special offers?
If you purchase a web subscription, you will receive the Happiness Workbook for free in addition to other benefits.
