If your subscription hasn’t been activated, you can try restoring it directly from the app:
Open the FABU app.
Tap Profile in the bottom menu.
In the top-right corner, go to Settings.
Tap Restore Purchases.
If tapping Restore Purchases does not resolve the issue, please contact our support team through the app’s settings. To help us locate your account and speed up the resolution, please provide the following information when contacting support:
A copy of your purchase receipt.
Any email address you may have used to register your account.
Providing this information will allow us to quickly verify your subscription and restore access.
